1 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of 5dmw is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not acting on behalf of a third party or another person.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Providing false details — including a name that does not match your government ID — may result in account closure and the inability to process withdrawals.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Notify 5dmw support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You are responsible for all bets and transactions placed from your account.

5dmw uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. OTP verification is required for logins from new devices and for all withdrawal requests, providing an additional layer of security beyond your password.

3 Deposits and Payments

All deposits into your 5dmw account are made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). 5dmw supports local Philippine payment methods, including e-wallets and bank transfers. Accepted methods are displayed in the deposit section of your account at the time of transaction.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.

4 Withdrawals and Payouts

Withdrawal requests are processed to Philippine bank accounts and e-wallets registered in the same name as your verified 5dmw account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Your KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• The name on your payout account must exactly match your verified 5dmw account name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method.
• Withdrawals are subject to a security review before funds are dispatched.
• OTP confirmation is required to authorize each withdrawal request.

Processing times vary by method. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 banking days depending on the receiving bank and transfer method. 5dmw is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions after the transfer has been dispatched.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

9 Limitation of Liability

5dmw provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical issues.

• 5dmw is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
• 5dmw is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of gaming decisions made by the player.
• All gaming on 5dmw involves risk. Winning is not guaranteed and past performance does not indicate future outcomes.
• 5dmw is not responsible for the actions of third-party payment providers once a transfer has been dispatched.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be legally excluded. Where permitted by law, 5dmw's total liability to any player for any claims arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
